Keyed Entry is recommended for exterior-facing doors where extra security is needed. This lock can be turned using a key from the outside and a thumb turn from the inside. Kwikset’s SmartKey Security technology protects against advanced break-in techniques and allows you to re-key your lock in seconds. The Easy Install Reversible Lever can be installed in minutes with just a screwdriver. It is reversible for left- or right-handed doors and fits standard size doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick. The latch backset adjusts to either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" with just a twist during installation.
