For locking privacy, our levers can be used on doors requiring privacy, and can be locked inside with a turn button and unlocked outside with the provided release tool. They are recommended for bedrooms and bathrooms. The levers are easy to install, with a reversible handle for left- or right-handed doors and detailed directions provided. They fit standard size doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, with an adjustable latch backset from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" with just a twist during installation.
