The smart door knob is suitable for wooden or steel doors with a thickness of 34-55 mm.

If the app cannot find your door lock, make sure the batteries are installed in the door knob and then reset the lock by pressing the setting button on the interior knob. You will hear a voice prompt saying "Please add Bluetooth Administrator," and then connect to the app via Bluetooth.

To manually lock the door from the inside without the app, you can turn on privacy mode, in which only the administrator's fingerprint can open the lock.

For remote unlocking, the door lock allows you to control your door without the need for a gateway. If you are not at home, you will need to purchase a Tuya smart gateway for remote control.

To keep the door unlocked, in the unlocked state, long press the reset button for 2 seconds or turn off the auto lock function in the app. (Tip: Reset button on interior door knob)
